DISCIPLESHIP TEAM

Each year we take on a number of new team members who, after a period of training, are equipped to accompany a cohort of young people for three years.

WIDER TEAM

We also have a complementary Wider Team, who are responsible for planning and facilitating the weekend retreats and other events - including logistics, leading worship, organising social times, prayer, and teaching. This enables the Discipleship Team to focus primarily on loving and leading the young people they're journeying with.

All new team members are required to take part in our induction programme, which comprises of online training sessions (a mixture of live - 7.30-8.30pm on Monday evenings -  and pre-recorded to watch in your own time),

These are accompanied by attending theASCENT summer retreat in your chosen location at the end of June.

Our annual team training weekend, which all team are encouraged to attend, will take place at

SPEC, Pinner, London

 27th-29th September 2024
